Approaching this Camano 31, you will appreciate the low deck profile for easy boarding midship for quick access to the bow or step aboard on the swim platform and enter via the cockpit.

A fresh water hot/cold shower is available for washing down the cockpit after fishing, or washing toes after beachcombing. A canvas cockpit cover provides shade, a screen door in the companionway keeps bugs out while allowing fresh air to circulate throughout the boat. A ladder leads to the flybridge which has a large area for seating along with 3 side-by-side helms chairs.

Stepping inside the saloon you notice it is surprisingly large and open, with plenty of room for adult-sized people to move around. A custom folding, teak and maple table beautifully compliments the L-settee to port. Large windows allow an extraordinary amount of light into the cabin and great visibility while at the helm. The boat is equipped with Webasto Air Top diesel-fired forced air cabin heat and air conditioning to enjoy boating year round in various climes.

The helm, starboard, also has custom features: a large display (Big Bay) for the navigation software (Nobeltec Time Zero and Coastal Explorer). The computer to run the software is located in the large hanging locker just forward of the head. The helm has Raytheon and Raymarine nav instruments, thruster controls, Flo Scan gauges and fuel pressure gauge. A custom chart rack and storage unit keep items handy but secure.

Just two steps from the saloon and helm is the very efficient galley to port, the head is situated under the helm to starboard. The galley is equipped with a Force 10 propane range, a microwave, NovaKool refrigerator/freezer, and ample storage. The head, to starboard, has a custom holder for the shower handle. The toilet, Vacuflush system, makes conservative use of holding tank capacity. LED lights throughout boat for efficiency on house bank. If you wish to rewire or add navigational equipment, there is excellent access just behind the mirror in the head.

The forward V-berth (6'5" on centerline) is deceptively large. There is a door which acts double duty as a privacy door for the v-berth and as a door for the large hanging locker located starboard between berth and head.

Owner has complete set of original manuals for all systems and has included manuals for each additional upgrade.

Broker's Comments

Camano 31s are sturdy, popular Pacific Northwest cruising boats. The Camano Keelform® hull provides an exceptionally smooth ride and the skeg-protected prop and rudder shield running gear from debris while underway.
The single Volvo engine with bow thruster allows her to be very easily controlled in tight conditions and the low freeboard allows easy boarding.
The interior is spacious for her size and quite comfortable for a cruising couple. The very large windows allow great visibility from the lower helm and loads of interior light throughout.
Dual electronics (Coastal Explorer and Nobeltec Time Zero), Webasto diesel heat, and air conditioning; you will be comfortable in hot or warm climates and you will be able to explore with confidence.
This Camano is well travelled as her owner has shipped her to and from California to the Pacific Northwest, she has cruised to Alaska and has been shipped to the East Coast for an adventure up the Eastern Seaboard and the Great Loop. She’s ready now for your adventures!
