Steel Construction with Semi-Displacement underwater profile, paint finish.
Steel hull 3/8" thick 1/4" super structure and 1/4" Aluminum on Bow
Anchor locker. All welding was done by certified welders all materials used were in accordance with De groot specs and managed by the owner who was also building De groot steel commercial fishing vessels.
The hull to deck design is inboard hull flange welded and mechanically
secured. Bulkheads are welded to the hull and artwarthships ribs are also welded to the hull. Hull shape is hard chine, with flat transom and skeg keel and sked hung rudders with full struts for protection. In laymans terms its bullet proof. |
