The keel is a modified vee section with moderate displacement. Actual number of Fuel tanks on board is 5: (1) 200 gals., (4) at 75 gals. each. The owner has disclosed there is a pin hole leak in one of the 4 -75 gals tank. Needs a minor repair. The Vacuflush sanitation system, with two 26 gallon holding tanks, has a Sweetwater Holding tank system which owner uses when the boat is not in use to eliminate black water odors. In addition to the two 70 gallon water tanks, a 20 gallon Torrid hot water tank provides ample hot water. The owner has fashioned a "catch" for any water which may be released from the system to keep the engine room clean and dry.

Waterline Boats / Boatshed does not independently verify capacities and dimensions, which are provided by the seller and/or literature.

Accommodation

Total # of berths 8
No. of double berths 4
Cabin(s) 2
Sink 3
Shower 2
Heads 2 heads (Vac flush)

Boarding the boat from the stern, the dinghy is securely attached by a manual davit system. The cockpit is full beam with a fresh water wash down as well as hot/cold shower spigot. The lazarette is quite large and could easily hold crab pots, fishing gear and all sorts of toys. Climbing the sundeck ladder you are greeted by a full-beam, fully enclosed sundeck with hardtop. A five cubic foot chest freezer doubles as a settee for guests. Step up three steps to the fully enclosed flybridge with side-by-side first mate and captain's chairs and ample guest seating. The flybridge helm has an excellent 360 degree view for easy piloting.
You may enter the salon via the sundeck companionway or a door on starboard just next to the lower helm. The salon has large windows for lots of light, beautiful teak paneling, carpet, and L-shaped settee/hide-a-bed and comfortable furnishings.
The aft cabin, the main stateroom, has a queen island berth, loads of storage and windows which allow it to be very well lit and comfortable. The main head has a separate shower and excellent storage.
Walking from the aft cabin, through the salon, you drop down three steps to the galley to port and the dinette to starboard. The galley is very well configured and efficient with a 3-burner electric Princess stove, Sea-Freeze fridge and freezer, side-by-side stainless sink, microwave and ample storage for dishware, pans and pantry goods. The dinette, which converts to a double berth, is a comfortable spot to sit for meals, or a puzzle on rainy days.
Forward of the galley and dinette is the guest suite. To port is the guest head with Vacuflush toilet and a hand-held shower. It currently has carpet on the floor but may easily be set up as a "wet" head so guests may shower. The guest berth is a double V-berth. Shelves, a large hanging locker and drawers allow good storage space. At the head of the V-berth, behind the mirrors, is the anchor locker. The locker is very dry and clean.
A central vacuum system helps with chores. The Espar diesel furnace and King AC electric heaters keep you warm either at anchor or dockside. The water filtration system ensures potable water and U-line icemaker supplies plenty of ice.
Maneuvering about the boat is quite easy. You may access the side decks either from the sundeck, through the canvas doors, or from the lower helm door. The side decks are quite wide and the rails are high, giving a sense of safety whether in port or underway. The bow has stainless fender holders to keep the decks clear and safe. (Please note: the personal belongings on board are not included in the sale.)

Broker's Comments

This Tollycraft 44 Cockpit Motoryacht appears to have had excellent care throughout her life and, reportedly, was one of Tolly Tollefson's favorite models and one that he actually owned. Her cleanliness is impressive: the interior teak, upholstery, carpets, exterior canvas, clean, dry bilges, and the engine room is immaculate and well organized! When visiting the boat no odors were detected. She is equipped with twin Cummins 6BTA engines with Racor fuel filters. Easy access to the engines and an electric oil changing system aid in engine maintenance. Twelve house batteries, one battery for the generator and one start battery along with two inverters and a Kohler generator supply ample power to fully enjoy your time at anchor.

The boat accommodates eight for sleeping. Her galley is well configured and includes an efficient SeaFreeze fridge with freezer.

She would make and excellent live aboard and is ready for your adventures!
