Broker's Comments

Here is a big, versatile, well-respected, long distance trawler that also makes a wonderful live-aboard. The outside spaces include a cockpit, a large covered sundeck for lounging and entertaining which includes an outside bar with sink and ice maker. There are doors port and starboard to the wide side decks leading to the foredeck. Also from this sundeck is the entry to the saloon as well as entry to the flybridge with a boat deck above and aft. The two cabin private sleeping arraignment, both with queen beds and private heads and showers provides comfortable travel with guests. The saloon with the lower helm and the large galley are attractive and more than adequate for those who want to live aboard.

Due to the seller's health and out of state residence in recent years the exterior detail has suffered. This boat shows the affects of deferred maintenance in the way of oxidation and weathered gel coat. We believe that the current price reflects these needs however the seller is willing to look at all offers.

The details presented here are a "best effort" presentation and not warranted to be 100% accurate. This information was provided by the seller and listing broker observations.
