Clarification on Engine hours: hour meter = 1088 (total hours on the boat).

Prior owner replaced the long block at 850 hours. It is unknown whether the long block was a rebuild or new.
Current owner purchased boat October 2014; at that time, there were approx. 50 hours on the rebuilt engine. Prior to purchase, owner had the engine completely compression tested and has used the boat approx 50 +/- hours per year since.
Hours on engine (after rebuild/replaced long block by previous owner) = 238.

March 2018: Engine was removed in order to repair the gas tank. Repaired tank reinstalled and re-fiberglassed. While engine was out, Bravo II outdrive was rebuilt. Engine oil and filter were changed at the same time.

March 2018: New batteries and new battery charger: Pro Marine 20.

Entering the boat via stern you will immediatly enter the cockpit which has the option of being fully covered with canvas or not. The engine lazarette hatch is situated in the center with hydraulic arms to keep the hatch open while working. On the port is a fresh water auxiliary shower, a lazarette locker where the batteries and charger are located. Starboard side has a live well and located on the transom is a locker for supplies and pole holders. The wheelhouse is forward of the cockpit and is furnished with a dinette and seating on the port, and the helm station located on the starboard. Moving forward you step down into the saloon and galley with the main cabin door on the port side just as you enter, this cabin has a full size berth with a hanging locker, porthole and hatch to the cockpit. Adjacent to the main cabin is a wet head complete with storage and an access hatch to the helms electrical wiring. Looking forward is a v-berth and three large windows for visibility and light. On the starboard side is the galley furnished with a electric range that operates off of shore power or alcohol, a sink and microwave. Adjacent from the galley is a dinette that converts into a third berth.
