Module 2 - Local
If you carry out Module 2, all of the ‘on the ground’ element of the process, which means meeting the owner on board, taking the photographs for the listing and accompanying buyers on viewings, accompany surveys, handing over the keys you will receive up to 20 per cent of the commission when the boat sells. Adding up to 40% of the brokerage commission if you carry out both Module 1 and Module 2!
