Four 4G 6-volt house batteries, 3 start batteries, Owner thinks engine hour meter is fast on one engine and actual hours are closer to 2600. These engines are recognized to be long lasting and many times exceeding 10,000 hours before needing overhaul.

The new custom designed (2004) mast is designed for launching the tender (not included) and features a simple but effective system to lower and allow the vessel to fit in your boat house. The boat deck is spacious and features a sunbrella cover.

Additional 14lb Danforth anchor with 10' chain and 100' of rode.
The foredeck was professionally redone about four years ago by a top-name yard, as was the aft cockpit deck. The result is that this vessel's deck were rebuilt to better than new, and maintained that way, with the boat stored under cover.

A complete navigation arrangement including Garmin 2006 C color GPS chart plotter, Furuno 1715 Radar, One Icom ICM302 VHF, one Raytheon 202 VHF/Loud hailer one Uniden handheld VHF, Raymarine DS 400X Fishfinder and electronic compass. She has a functional auto-pilot pump but requires a new control head.

This boat surprised me with its interior space. Classed as a 40 footer, she feels much larger with a generous saloon, a large raised pilothouse, a big master suite, and a comfortable guest cabin. And she has big-boat features including a large boat deck, portuguese bridge, and a proper ship's mast.
The owner is retiring from larger boat ownership.
Art work, some floor coverings and dinghy are not included.
