Two cabins with one head and shower. Master cabin athwartship has walk around king bed while forward cabin has V-berth style single bunks. Entering the saloon from center left in cockpit the dining table and chairs are to port on a raised platform which allows for storage under. Seating at the raised dining table easily allows window height views. The starboard side has two teak reclining chairs with leather upholstery. Galley is to port in main saloon with trash compactor, Norcold fridge/freeze to starboard. A companionway right of center to starboard side leads down a couple steps to a very large master cabin with king size bed to port and vanity to starboard. All storage cabinets are teak and have caned fronts. The head has two access doors and is to port with the forward cabin having a bunk style berth on each side. Center is a ladder style access to the foredeck cockpit which is somewhat like a bow rider in a much smaller boat. It has a windshield and upholstered seating area which will seat up to 4 but is used primarilly as a get-away perch for reading or simply relaxing while underway.
Galley stove is CNG. AC pump in two locations. Arctic diesel forced air heat. Current owner purchased this boat in 1993 and made many upgrades at that time including enclosed bridge, new seating, davits and dingy, teak swim platform, king size bed, auto pilot, GPS, Depth Sounder, interior wall covering, new upholstery in both cockpits, 2500 watt inverter, etc.

Large bollard horn style deck cleats. There is a reel of stern tie line kept on the flybridge that appears to be at least 200 feet 1/2" line. The forward or bow cockpit has a full snap down cover and there is a large polypropylene toy storage container tied down to the foredeck. This is styled like a large SUV / car top carrier and is used for crab pots, etc. All lines and fenders are in nice condition.

Commentaires du Broker
The Tom Fexas-designed Midnight Lace 44 Express Cruiser may well be one of the most unique modern designs afloat, employing contemporary hull geometry, lightweight yet strong construction disciplines, and timeless classic yacht lines. Rising its full length on a flat plane to cruising speeds, she doesn't exhibit the large wake and the buried stern associated with most 44 foot cruising boats. This Express Cruiser is a head turner everywhere she goes, and is customized for the Northwest with an enclosed, heated flybridge. She has been re-powered and boathouse kept. Her bright work (done this past summer) appears flawless, and her black hull is polished to a high gloss. Go where you want at close to 20 knots with a fuel consumption rate similar to the plodding trawlers you'll pass. You can picnic a good size group on the large aft cockpit or go it alone snuggling down with your significant other in the walk around king size berth in the master cabin. Only 20 of these were ever built and none has this enclosed custom-built hardtop flybridge. Her interior is clean and overall the boat is very well-equipped. The owner will consider a partial trade for a 30-34ft boat or interesting alternative.
