The engine has been upgraded to the 2013 180 hp version of the Yanmar. This allows an 18 knot plus top speed for any emergency runs to port, yet still sips fuel at lower speeds.

Ranger 25 SC - the Sport Cockpit option. The Ranger 25 SC features a larger cockpit - a full 49 s.f. - making it even more friendly to the fisherman and offering more outside lounging and entertaining space. All this is done with a 14" expansion of the cockpit with a similar shortening of the galley counter which still provides plenty of room for cooking and entertaining. This extension also quiets the noise from the engine while cruising by placing the engine in the cockpit for easier access and better insulation.
Upgraded with all LED cabin lights with red night running lights as well as standard white LED lights. Low power drain and bright, cheery lighting.
